Other people’s reviews did make me nervous but on this occassion no problem with the schedule of the bus or finding the seat i booked. Driver was welcoming

Our Heathrow journey was cancelled with just a few hours’ notice, leaving us scrambling for emergency lifts. Refund given, but no acknowledgment of the stress or extra costs their cancellation caused. Customer service was just scripted replies and ignored details — no real help, no escalation, just repeating policy even when no alternatives existed. We chased it on principle, but ended up feeling unheard and exhausted. We won’t be travelling with them again.

never ever pay extra money to reserve your seats. you can not sit there anyway. the driver said sit where i can. wtf? i have paid extra fee on top if my ticket to sit there. anyway anytime i travel wi ... never ever pay extra money to reserve your seats. you can not sit there anyway. the driver said sit where i can. wtf? i have paid extra fee on top if my ticket to sit there. anyway anytime i travel with them there's an issue... avoid using flix bus if you jave any other options. pay some extra 5-10 pound on national express. i have never had any issues with them.

This cannot be considered a serious company; this is the third time this has happened to me. They don't keep to the schedule and are more than an hour late. I asked for a refund, and they didn't retur ... This cannot be considered a serious company; this is the third time this has happened to me. They don't keep to the schedule and are more than an hour late. I asked for a refund, and they didn't return the full amount. I do not recommend this company! They should be audited for the delays and for not returning customers' money. I missed several appointments, and they take no responsibility for anything! This company will go bankrupt soon.

Finding the bus stop was a horrible experience. Google takes you to the wrong place. There is no sign at the actual stop. I was lucky to come across the person who knew where it was.

Paid extra both out and return but people in our seats,and driver says it's open seating so we were ripped off. Don't pay extra.
