This cannot be considered a serious company; this is the third time this has happened to me. They don't keep to the schedule and are more than an hour late. I asked for a refund, and they didn't retur ... This cannot be considered a serious company; this is the third time this has happened to me. They don't keep to the schedule and are more than an hour late. I asked for a refund, and they didn't return the full amount. I do not recommend this company! They should be audited for the delays and for not returning customers' money. I missed several appointments, and they take no responsibility for anything! This company will go bankrupt soon.

Finding the bus stop was a horrible experience. Google takes you to the wrong place. There is no sign at the actual stop. I was lucky to come across the person who knew where it was.

Paid extra both out and return but people in our seats,and driver says it's open seating so we were ripped off. Don't pay extra.

Flixbus cancelled my 23.59 overnight service from London to Glasgow with three hours' notice, offering me a ticket on another service or a refund and saying I could apply for compensation for alternat ... Flixbus cancelled my 23.59 overnight service from London to Glasgow with three hours' notice, offering me a ticket on another service or a refund and saying I could apply for compensation for alternative transportation if required. Well, that was required! No suitable Flixbus services were available - the next one left London after 7am the next day - and all other overnight coaches were sold out. So I had to book a very expensive last minute train ticket and a VERY expensive last minute hotel - as a woman with luggage, I did not want to take my chances out on the London streets all night. Now, Flixbus haven't yet refunded my train and say they cannot refund my hotel since I did not travel with Flixbus - even though they did not offer me any suitable alternatives for travel or tell me why my bus was cancelled in the first place. The whole ordeal cost me almost £250, £280 if counting the original bus ticket (though thankfully that was refunded). They have no consideration for passengers' convenience, budgets, or safety, and their policies smack of a remarkable lack of care for women or the less able-bodied. What should have been an affordable, easy trip became a nightmare of expenses. Megabus have never caused me this problem and have always provided alternative solutions on the day when a bus goes wrong - this is absolutely shameful from Flixbus and I will never travel with them again unless full compensation is made and several of their internal policies change. The ongoing customer service process is very slow and very hostile / deliberately ignoring details I sent across and asking me to resent information. I will never break even.

I wish I could give them 0 stars because honestly they deserve it. We waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive when the time of arrival should have been 22:40, and apparently we go for like 3hours and ... We waited 20 minutes for the bus to arrive when the time of arrival should have been 22:40, and apparently we go for like 3hours and we stopped because of maintenance issues and we have been waiting for more than 6 hours and recovery bus comes at 9:15 they said it take us 3 hours max to cone here how can it alright to take 8hours to come here and worst is we have no support or anyone take responsibility they aren’t even sorry i called customer “support” and I explained we have been delayed for 6 hours and in web it says 120min or more delay have refund and she said as long as you get into bus there is no way to refund and after 5 hours of delay and lots of calls and emails I received €15 drink coupons? That is just straight up insulting. Do you think 8 hours of people life worth €15 drink?????

We arrived at the coach station for our return journey travelling back to London from Paris and the coach driver and another coach driver who wasn’t driving our coach were really rude to us. They had ... We arrived at the coach station for our return journey travelling back to London from Paris and the coach driver and another coach driver who wasn’t driving our coach were really rude to us. They had said that we couldn’t get on the coach even thought we had already booked the tickets prior and had no knowledge about any issues, the website never specified that we would require a letter of consent from a parent/guardian. The man had originally refused to take us on but after discussion with the woman she said we could go however she was very rude and kept pointing in my friends face and told her to calm down and respect her although she had entered the conversation with an attitude. It was wildly inappropriate for two grown adults to be shouting in the faces of four young girls, whilst we were obviously stressed about not being able to get home. The French coach driver also told the coach driver that if there’s any issues at the border with us then to just leave us behind. We then reached British Border control in Calais and we were told there wouldn’t be an issue with us passing through but we needed consent from our parents to re-enter the country so they were called to confirm. However the extremely rude and borderline vile flixbus driver came back in and started attacking and targeting my friend telling her that it’s our fault for coming and that we would miss the train we were originally going to get and he told us that it’s selfish of us to have still gone however if we didn’t go on the coach we would have been stranded in a foreign country as young girls by ourselves, he came at us with aggression and my friend felt their interactions had racist undertones as he particularly treated her with disrespect and aggression and she was the only one of us who could interact with him as she speaks french too, so she got the brunt of his disrespect. Other people also had problems at the British border control but the coach driver blamed it all on us.
