Habiendo esperado durante 45min la llegada de un autobús dirección Santander desde Bilbao Intermodal, el día 9 de septiembre de 2024 a las 23:45, y dispuesta a pagar el billete en el autobús, me encuentro con que el conductor no considera apropiado pagar en el momento, y me desafía a sacar el billete online, "si me da tiempo" (para entonces las 23:43). Dispuesta a hacerlo de esa manera, intento comprar el billete online, pero aparece un mensaje en la web donde no te permite comprarlo, y te remite a la taquilla, o en su defecto, al conductor. Ante ésta situación, con mucha pereza, el conductor desempolva el datáfono que tenía escondido debajo del asiento, y procede a hacerme el grandísimo favor (nótese la ironía) de permitirme comprar un billete. ¡Sorpresa! Como hacía una semana que el datáfono no funciona, y ni él ni su compañero se han dignado a resolver el problema, y no tiene 5 minutos para hacer un apaño con algún otro pasajero, efectivamente, me he quedado en tierra. Llegaré a Santander a las 3 de la mañana.
