Und diesmal Südkreuz Berlin ist der nach Amsterdam erst gar nicht erschienen. Meine Tochter stand dort und wartete war 15 min vor Zeit Vorort, ein weiterer Gast ging nach 10 min über der Zeit heim verärgert. Sie selbst blieb noch 45 min nach der Zeit dort andere Busse fuhren aber ihrer der gemäß Webseite 16 min Verspätung hatte kam nie. Angeblich soll nur ihre Buchung nicht eingecheckt haben. Ich hab sie dann vom Bahnhof abgeholt 60 min später. Wer zahlt mir das Geld zurück? Flix nicht man behauptet dass der Bus ja da war. Da gebe ich lieber 30 Eur mehr aus und fahre mit der DB ab jetzt
