My suitcase was "lost" (possibly stolen by the driver, who asked me to put my laptop in the suitcase itself, claiming it was for company policy and customs) during the trip and both the driver and the company did nothing to help. I even asked the company to give me a simple statement for the insurance and they refused. AVOID AT ALL COST!
