My recent trip from Batumi to Trabzon with Metro Turizm was one of the worst travel experiences of my life. First, the meeting point shown on the website was completely wrong. I struggled a lot to find the correct place and finally had to take a taxi for an extra 300 TRY to reach the right location. Then, the bus arrived 45 minutes late with no apology from the driver or staff. The assistant driver was extremely rude, arrogant, ignorant, and disrespectful — treating passengers in a very unpleasant and unprofessional way. The website stated that the trip would take 2 hours, but it actually took 5 hours, causing me serious problems. Because of this delay, my hotel check-in was canceled, and I had to stay awake all night without a place to rest. As a result, I lost around 1300–1500 TRY in total. In addition, the bus had no Wi-Fi, even though it was clearly mentioned in the booking details. This made everything worse, because after my hotel booking was canceled, I had no internet access and therefore missed a very important interview that I had scheduled for the next morning. All of this — the wrong meeting point, long delay, rude staff, false information about Wi-Fi, and financial and personal losses — is completely unacceptable. I demand full compensation for all the damage I suffered; otherwise, I will file a legal case and have already contacted a lawyer about it. This company must be held responsible for the distress and loss they caused

I had the most horrifying experience with Prenskale bus agency. The driver was completely reckless, constantly distracted by his mobile phone while driving. The driver was completely reckless, constantly distracted by his mobile phone while driving. It was terrifying to watch him pay more attention to his screen than the road! If that wasn't enough, he lost his temper towards the end of the journey and started shouting at the passengers for no apparent reason. The bus itself was in terrible condition, old and clearly poorly maintained. It felt unsafe and uncomfortable the entire trip. I would not recommend Prenskale to anyone. Stay away for your own safety!
