He talked so rude with the passengers. As soon as he dropped down few passengers in Ayer Hitam, he asked the 3 passengers (including myself) to get down in Petronas Machap. And when I begin to question him why should I get down as my ticket has clearly stated (Terminal 1 Seremban - Larkin Sentra), he shouted so harshly and asked me to get down. And as I got down, I heard he were saying to his friend “Let’s just stop in Skudai”. It’s really disheartening & disappointing. I’ve been travelling in bus for the past 6 years & this is very first time taking Restu Pelangi bus which ended up in a very awful experience.
