Levanté un reporte por extravío con N°00459997, me dijeron que se comunicarían conmigo ... "NO RECOMIENDO USAR LOS COMPARTIMIENTOS DE ARRIBA, SI LO OLVIDAS POR DESCUIDO, SE LO QUEDAN, YA JAMAS APARECEN." Levanté un reporte por extravío con N°00459997, me dijeron que se comunicarían conmigo y jamás lo hicieron, llamé 10 veces y solo me decían que anotarían mis comentarios y le daría seguimiento. Finalmente, a las tres semanas me llamaron para decirme que no apareció mi bolso de mano que olvidé en el compartimiento superior cuando bajé en el Ángel de la independencia en cdmx. Tuve la esperanza de que apareciera ya que varios choferes de la misma empresa me dijeron que después del ángel los ómnibus no recogían más pasajeros y que se iban a una estación de servicio para gasolina y limpieza. Yo asumo mi responsabilidad de descuido, pero pensaba que por ser Primera Plus una empresa como dice en su slogan, confiable y de calidad, me devolverían al llegar a este sitio lo que olvidé, pero al parecer la persona que trabaja para la empresa y que lo vio primero se lo quedó y no lo reportó. Que personal tan deshonesto.
