The driver didn't tell me why or what I should do and he pulled me out of the line. The lack of respect continued at the ticket sales counter where they did not offer me any help since they have nothing to do with online sales. In short, I lost the trip and had to buy another one through Flixbus, which left on time and without any problems due to the online purchase. Never again by Red Expressos.
