It exists, sure, but only in name—barely worked, just blowing hot air. The driver kept switching it off to “save diesel,” leaving everyone suffocating in a filthy, smelly bus. Passengers were frustrated, some even got sick. The bus crawled so slowly, it felt like a deliberate torture session. Total waste of money and time. Avoid this service at all costs

Raj Ratan is not trustworthy at all they highlighted on red bus that the bus I was traveling in was a Bharat Benz but when I went into the bus the condition was pathetic I was traveling from Mumbai to Indore , apart from this the bus got delayed by few hours (that’s ok no one has control over traffic), our drop off location was Radisson hotel but the driver dropped us way before the square and my parents who are aged had to walk all the way around 500m when my dad said to drop in front of Radisson hotel driver started misbehaving, I was so disappointed that I would never ever travel with Raj ratan again they are cheats and they are doing that openly
