We as passenger were not treated equally in terms of payment. Passengers who boarded the bus at Umtata station were charged for luggage whereas passengers from Ultra City,Qumbu,Kokstad were not charge ... It ended up causing me to miss my connecting bus as well. Their arrival times keep getting worse each trip.
