Pésimo servicio contrate un servicio en chabacano a las 8.50am y ya había ahí una unidad y según ellos no tenían me cancelaron el viaje de esa hora y me la pospusieron una hora después me urgia estar en Querétaro a las 12.30, si yo no les mando mns ellos ni siquiera se ponen en contacto conmigo y 9.15 me indican que si quería me reembolsaban y que buscará como trasladarme a Querétaro, creen que con sus disculpas y la entiendo solucionan las cosas quedó en marcar el responsable y nunca marco yo perdí un evento que me pagarían $1500 y la srita solo me querían descontar $50 de mi boleto de regreso de Querétaro falta de seriedad y compromiso page y aparte ciertos lugares y me sentaron donde ellos quisieron no los recomiendo pero si uno llega tarde según sus políticas lo dejan y ellos pero si pueden cancelar como si nada !!

Es un pésimo servicio , aparte de que cobran muy caro , autobuses viejos asientos incómodos , no funcionan los enchufes para cargar , no vale la pena pagar tanto en esa línea .

Y el chófer que por cierto no me dio su nombre igual una persona burlona, y grocero! Cómo pueden tener a ese tipo de gente como encargados o gerentes que mal servicio definitivamente.
