Viajaba con mi familia, compramos un tiquete y esperamos una hora, al llegar el bus, los puestos que nos vendieron estaban ocupados y los habíamos solicitado seguidos porque viajábamos con niños, el conductor nos dijo que nos acomodaba o si no que nos bajaramos lo cual me parece terrible que una empresa seria engañe a sus pasajeros. Finalmente unos pasajeros nos colaboraron. Sugiero que la empresa asigne y haga respetar los asientos asignados y le informen al conductor, pues dijo no saber. Mi experiencia fue negativa y no lo recomiendo. Gracias
