El día de ayer 05 enero 2025 mi padrastro viajaba en el bus de las 7.30am origen medellín, destino honda, le recibieron 100mil pesos desde taquilla y le dijeron que tenía que esperar debajo de un puente a las afueras del terminal el bus, el confiado se fue a esperar, y allí lo iban a llevar parado cosa que no le dijeron desde la terminal, el no aceptó y exigió que le devolvieron su pasaje, el conductor enfadado le dijo que no le devolvía el dinero, al bajar del bus el conductor freno y aún el no se había terminado de bajar y con lo que lo arrastró y lo aporreó bastante fuerte quedando debajo del bus, la situación es que me parece un acto de vergüenza que por no llegar tarde a un destino tenga que ocasionarle daños físico a una persona de tanta edad, afortunadamente el está con vida, pero pudo ocasionar un acto desastroso, es lo peor en esta empresa, no la recomiendo para nada aparte de que nos ha ocasionado angustia, tristeza, dolor, lo único que recibió fue una pequeña indemnizada, pero son cosas que no se pueden quedar así. Le pasó a el y le puede pasar a otra persona.
