Saya mengatakan tipu kerana di dalam booking ticket dinyatakan ETA dlm masa 5 jam setengah (dengan mengambil kira laluan highway) tapi sebenarnya laluan jalan persekutuan yg mengambil masa jauh lebih lama. Bayangkan sekiranya penumpang ada appointment pada jangkaan masa yg diberikan dlm online maka ianya adalah penipuan. Perkara ni perlu dilaporkan pd SPAD oleh penumpang
