The bus from kroonstad to jhb that left at 10:40am was late,the bus was shaky on the road,I felt unsafe,the seat(seat 23 and 24) recliner was not working,the chair was broken,my back was painful the whole trip.Due to the fact that i had to sit up straight.No one seemed to care.No one seemed to inform me that the seat doesn't work.Empty coke bottles were lurking on the floor..The trip was horrible and I felt unsafe.Like I was in a moving truck than a bus.The driver was horrible.The air conditioners were turned on full blast.I became sick just by sitting in that bus. What a disappointment!!!What a horrible service!!!
