But when I wanted to reschedule my trip, they refused and said the reschedule was only avaialbe during death and calamities. What excuses! Is this a bus company or an insurance? Other bus companies didn't care as long as the charge was paid. They would happily rescheduled the trip when they had available seats. Maraliner CEO, you have many many competitors and they served better. Earning money would be much better by a fair way. I stop using this company. I don't like insensibilities. Folks, try other companies because they feel you better. They have the same price, but fairer treatments. Don't take a risk. Be smart.
