Tiket bas yang dibeli sepatutnya berlepas pukul 9.45pm, tetapi bas berlepas 10.30pm sebab nak penuhkan bas walhal orang yang beli tiket tak semua seat. Ada penumpang yang naik disuruh duduk saja di mana kerusi yang kosong. Pada pukul 1.00am tarikh 10/5/2025 harus tukar bas di Tol Ayer Hitam. Pada pukul 5.00am tarikh 10/5/2025 pula harus tukar bas di Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. Kedua dua pertukaran bas tiada dalam perancangan perjalanan dan sudah mengganggu serta melambatkan waktu penumpang. Sepatutnya target waktu sampai di Terminal Shahab Perdana Alor Setar pukul 8.00am tarikh 10/5/2025, namun masih berada di Terminal Meru Ipoh pada pukul 8.40am tarikh 10/5/2025.
