Pada kira-kira pukul 10.00 malam, bas yang saya naiki telah rosak di tengah jalan. ... Saya ingin membuat laporan berkenaan kejadian yang berlaku pada [05/02/2026] melibatkan bas ke destinasi Alor Setar. Pada kira-kira pukul 10.00 malam, bas yang saya naiki telah rosak di tengah jalan. Kami para penumpang terpaksa menunggu di dalam bas selama hampir dua jam. Sekitar 10.30 malam, pemandu datang dan bertanya kepada penumpang berapa orang yang akan ke Alor Setar. Beliau telah membuat kiraan dan memanggil penumpang yang duduk di tingkat atas untuk menunggu di luar, namun kami berempat yang duduk di tingkat bawah tidak dipanggil langsung. Pada pukul 12.00 tengah malam, salah seorang daripada kami pergi bertanya kepada pemandu mengenai situasi kami. Namun, pemandu tersebut menukar cerita dengan menyatakan bahawa kami tidak turun, sedangkan beliau yang sepatutnya memaklumkan kepada semua penumpang. Ketika kami cuba mendapatkan penjelasan, pemandu berkenaan bercakap dengan nada kasar dan tidak bersopan terhadap kami. Saya amat kesal dengan cara layanan tersebut kerana sebagai penumpang, kami sepatutnya dilayan dengan hormat dan diberi maklumat yang jelas semasa berlaku kecemasan atau gangguan perjalanan.

Tiket bas yang dibeli sepatutnya berlepas pukul 9.45pm, tetapi bas berlepas 10.30pm sebab nak penuhkan bas walhal orang yang beli tiket tak semua seat. Ada penumpang yang naik disuruh duduk saja di ma ... Tiket bas yang dibeli sepatutnya berlepas pukul 9.45pm, tetapi bas berlepas 10.30pm sebab nak penuhkan bas walhal orang yang beli tiket tak semua seat. Ada penumpang yang naik disuruh duduk saja di mana kerusi yang kosong. Pada pukul 1.00am tarikh 10/5/2025 harus tukar bas di Tol Ayer Hitam. Pada pukul 5.00am tarikh 10/5/2025 pula harus tukar bas di Terminal Bersepadu Selatan. Kedua dua pertukaran bas tiada dalam perancangan perjalanan dan sudah mengganggu serta melambatkan waktu penumpang. Sepatutnya target waktu sampai di Terminal Shahab Perdana Alor Setar pukul 8.00am tarikh 10/5/2025, namun masih berada di Terminal Meru Ipoh pada pukul 8.40am tarikh 10/5/2025. Sila ambil tindakan dan buat penambahbaikan walaupon terdapat beberapa faktor yang menyebabkan lambat seperti jalanraya tersekat & sebagainya. Sekurangnya jangan buat pertukaran bas sesuka hati sebanyak 2 kali. Pertukaran bas pula dapat bas yang 4 seater, walhal tiket asal beli yg Executive 3 seater. Harap ambil maklum dan terima kasih.
