Ha fatto regolare denunzia alle forze dell'ordine e reclamo all'azienda flixbus la quale ha risposto che non potevano fare nulla, quindi mia figlia ha perso valigia con contenuti di un certo valore. Questo è stato il primo caso. Secondo episodio qualche settimana fa. Mia figlia viaggia con un'amica. Sul pullman oltre 60 viaggiatori c'era uno di colore, ubriaco, musica a palla disturbando tutti, e sj è permesso ad infastidire sia mia figlia sia l'amica in modo molto pericoloso e SCHIFOSO. Nessuno, dico nessuno, ha preso le difese delle due ragazze ne tanto meno l'autista. Purtroppo le ragazze erano molto spaventate e non hanno pensato di chiamare le forze dell'ordine. Basta che l'azienda nella loro pagina personale si presenta dicendo che " la loro priorità è la sicurezza dei passeggeri" ....valutate voi. Questo è il mio pensiero
