Just took the bag without saying anything. My partner took it back and we went to our seats, which were at the front of the bus (b1 and c1) and both window seats i believe. I started to put my stuff down and was told no no, and taken to the back of the bus, and we were put in the middle aisle. I get motion sickness and need to be by a window but that was a no go. even though the bus was empty for the whole first half of the journey we weren’t allowed to move. The snacks were then taken from us again, and we were aggressively shown a sign saying no food. which is fine, completely understandable other than the fact that literally every other sleeper bus i’ve been on allowed snacks. and the fact that locals had food and we’re actively eating in their bunks. we also hadn’t eaten anything since breakfast. my partner and i were like, okay, at least the bus will stop right and we can eat our snacks then? nope, we stopped once for less than 10 minutes. might have even been 5? Throughout the trip the curtains to the bunk were ripped open for no reason, once both at the same time, my foot was grabbed and i was even leant on by staff members. no explanation given. my partner has a broken hand and someone got on and tried to move him to a top bunk which we refused! kinda weird that locals are allowed to move bunks and decide where they get to sit!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
