The bus was delayed by over an hour the 1.15 bus turned up also late at 2.15. They had been held in traffic but there were seats available on this coach which could have accommodated the passengers f ... The bus was delayed by over an hour the 1.15 bus turned up also late at 2.15. They had been held in traffic but there were seats available on this coach which could have accommodated the passengers for the 2.35 coach however the driver would not let us board. I had to purchase a train ticket as I did not want to be getting home in the dark.

Bus was 90 mins late. Broken down after an hour. Waited for an hour for the next bus and then got dropped off at Birmingham and third change of bus to get to Liverpool with another 45 mins wait. Reach ... Bus was 90 mins late. Broken down after an hour. Waited for an hour for the next bus and then got dropped off at Birmingham and third change of bus to get to Liverpool with another 45 mins wait. Reached almost 3 hours late. 3am and it was so unsafe. Poor experience

The two breaks at the service stations were appreciated. My legs felt fine afterwards, thanks to being able to get out and walk. Appreciated using toilets off the bus, and keeping use of bus toilet to ... The two breaks at the service stations were appreciated. My legs felt fine afterwards, thanks to being able to get out and walk. Appreciated using toilets off the bus, and keeping use of bus toilet to a minimum. I liked that the bus was so quiet and there weren’t a lot of driver announcements, just what was useful.

Great price and a comfortable trip. Only thing was the toilet wasn't working. The driver should have informed us of that before heading off on a 2.5 hour trip!

We had booked seats specifically near the front as we don't travel well in a coach. However, our seats were double booked and we had to sit separately near the back. We had been travelling for 22 hour ... We had booked seats specifically near the front as we don't travel well in a coach. However, our seats were double booked and we had to sit separately near the back. We had been travelling for 22 hours and the journey made us feel very sick. The toilet smelt disgusting when flushed and the smell lingered through the bus. I asked my daughter to collect us at Newton Abbot as we couldn't travel any longer on the coach. I went onto live chat and complained but was told I had to complain when I got home! I was eventually given a link so I could fill out a complaint form, the return e mail told me I would hear back in 15 days!!!
