First time of taking a coach travelled to Heathrow airport from Truro Bus Garage, which was good, on time, drivers friendly. Seats luxurious, leather. Journey of 7 plus hours. Journey of 7 plus hours. No traffic so no holdups anywhere .It did exactly as it said on the can. Wi-fi iffy The man behind me vomited a lot. I was wondering who was going to check the area, when the bus stopped at Plymouth, but no one did. We had a stop at a service station which was unexpected for drinks not long before we got to Heathrow. Not sure I would feel safe at night as a woman travelling alone. I checked out where the bus stopped was the week before as on Saturdays the station has no staff to ask. I think when you book transport the companies rely on you doing your own homework. Does anyone from the company read these ratings? I haven’t seen any replies from the Customer Services. It would be nice to see they take the complaints and observations seriously.

The fact that there was no knowledgeable members of staff or announcements was the reason i spent two hours waiting for a coach that had left ,, the board showed that the 19.25 to manchester was expec ... The fact that there was no knowledgeable members of staff or announcements was the reason i spent two hours waiting for a coach that had left ,, the board showed that the 19.25 to manchester was expected to arrive at 19.51.i had arrived in leeds from Sheffield at 18.00 knowing i had to wait till 19.30 i waited in the departure area at around 19.55 ish i was beginning to worry i asked the brilliant driver of the 171 if any coaches were cancelled ,he said all were running, shown he my ticket ,he informed me that my coach had in fact left at 19.30,ad that i should try contact cucstomer services to amend my ticket or worse case buy another ticket for the 20.20 to manchester ,i couldnt get through to customer services despite 10 mins of trying .i reluctantly bought another ticket i reached the set iff point ,to find the staffof the 171 had spoken to the driver of the 20.20 coach who would have allowed me to travel on my old ticket,so i was two hours late and an extra 11.79 down .the staff that i spoke too were brilliant and helpfull but having wrong times on the board and noone to speak too to confirm or allay worries in leeds made this as costly as the train and a lot longer travelling

The bus didn't stop even when I was straight at the bus stop and gesticulated. I was in the right place approximately 10-15 min before but that doesn't matter because bus was 15 min later. I was in the right place approximately 10-15 min before but that doesn't matter because bus was 15 min later. I saw the number on the bus so that was 100% my bus (1:05pm bus NR 550 Liverpool-Bristol 30/11/24). I don't know what's happened but anyway the crew should know that there is the passenger somewhere waiting for them. So I lost £30 because of somebody and I couldn't return them. Awful service I'll NEVER use it again.

We were scheduled to take the bus from Newton Abbot to Penzance. There are two lay-bys opposite the Rail Station.  The ticket is not clear as to which side of the street we needed to be on.  When the ... There are two lay-bys opposite the Rail Station.  The ticket is not clear as to which side of the street we needed to be on.  When the National Express bus stopped across the street, I crossed over to question the driver if that was the bus we should take to Penzance.  He looked at my ticket and said to wait across the street for the bus.  We would have been on that bus had the driver done his due diligence customer service and taken the time to really look at my ticket details.  We missed our bus due to the drivers instructions. I called customer service and was informed that the bus had arrived and departed. I explained that the reason we did not board the bus was due to their driver instructing us to wait across the street. I was told that we would have to wait for four hours for the next bus. I requested to cancel our tickets and expected a full refund. The customer rep said she would file my request. We were able to take the train. I called their customer service and was on hold for 45 minutes. I received an email a few days later stating that the bus arrived on time and departed on time. No refund was offered. I sent two additional emails requesting a review and did not receive a response.
