Just traveled on an ALSA premium coach for 5 hours from Madrid to San Sebastian. The attendant, Ms Monserrat deserves special mention for her cheerful service during the trip, working from a tiny coun ... Just traveled on an ALSA premium coach for 5 hours from Madrid to San Sebastian. The attendant, Ms Monserrat deserves special mention for her cheerful service during the trip, working from a tiny counter opposite the toilets where she made the coffees and repeatedly climbed up and down 3 steep steps to reach the underfloor fridge to boxes of soft and sandwiches and then individually deliver them to the 50 + passengers, all the while moving around the substitute driver who spent some time at the counter making his own coffees and talking on his mobile and making her job harder. In a full, swaying bus traveling at the mandatory 100kms per hour, it was a stellar performance which made airline hosting look easy. She deserves a bonus or a raise.
