En esta ruta Bucaramanga Bogotá bus 3257 me encuentro con que el viaje salía a las 8:51pm termina arrancando a las 10 pm una actitud atorrante del conductor desde el principio, segundo se queda en Barbosa más de 15 minutos hablando con alguien al preguntarle si puedo comprar una botella de agua me dice que no me demore y al bajarme empieza a arrancar de la manera más grosera y para remate termina demorando se más o menos 12 horas de camino, lo cual es la unica flota con la que tengo esa experiencia

Son unos irresponsables, cobran tarifa de VIP (140mil por persona en temporada alta) dicen q ya están aquí en el terminal pero el bus realmente llega una hora más tarde(mentirosos), luego se toman med ... Son unos irresponsables, cobran tarifa de VIP (140mil por persona en temporada alta) dicen q ya están aquí en el terminal pero el bus realmente llega una hora más tarde(mentirosos), luego se toman media hora más para terminar de llenar el bus con pasajeros, acaban de arrancar y ya están entrando a una estación de servicio a tanquear el bus con todos los pasajeros a bordo, con eso ya son 2horas de retraso, en el camino paran en todas partes y recogen gente, cuando supuestamente es un servicio directo , una gotera todo el viaje, y sin importar retraso y siendo viaje nocturno directo , paran otra media hora a tomar tinto con otros conductores…total 3 horas de retraso ….mas el retraso normal por imprevistos en la vía ….la peor experiencia, Omega en alguna época fue bueno, ahora no lo recomiendo…
