Para empezar cambiaron el bus por uno más antiguo/dejado El bús llegó una hora tarde y aún así se tomó todo su tiempo para salir. La pesadilla acababa de empezar...no había tapa en la entrada del aire acondicionado por lo que daba directo al cuerpo, al preguntar al conductor se limitó a decir que "era culpa de los pasajeros que lo habían roto y que a ver que podía hacer". Después de tener que pedir por segunda vez, muy de mala gana le puso un celo /cinta pegante. La silla no reclinaba lo que debía así que 16 horas de viaje super incómoda. Apenas un rato después de empezar a rodar empezó a llover y literalmente "empezó a llover dentro" (el bus lleno sin poder cambiar de sitio) me caía "chorro" de agua por la ventana así que tuve q poner la cortina para que no me salpicara directo al cuerpo. Del suelo ni hablar! Eso de poner algo debajo del asiento olvidado a menos que lo quisiera encharcado. Aún hay más, después de todo eso, durante el resto del viaje me caían gotas de agua del techo en los brazos, la cara, las piernas... Y a todo esto el aire a tope, como un iglú. Definitivamente NUNCA volveré a viajar con esta empresa y por supuesto NO LA RECOMIENDO!!! Deberían tener más cuidado y sobre todo en estos trayectos tan largos usar buses más confortables que deben tenerlos ya que los publicitan. Nuestra experiencia fue malísima
