Driver admitted Velotax stopped paying the data bill months ago - USB Ports: All broken/disconnected - Power Outlets: Don't physically exist despite website showing them - GPS Tracking: Non-functional - "Premium" Service: Literally identical to basic service, just costs more When I complained BEFORE departure, the driver shrugged and said "Yeah, WiFi never works, company knows." Terminal staff refused to help. They're knowingly selling premium tickets for broken buses. SAFETY VIOLATIONS: - Driver exceeded 80km/h speed limit multiple times (have GPS evidence) - Picked up illegal passenger mid-highway who rode in the stairwell - Zero concern for passenger safety Filed formal complaint. Company took 26 days to respond (illegal delay), then claimed everything worked perfectly. They're lying - I have photos, GPS data, and the driver's own admission. DO NOT USE VELOTAX. Subimos al bus y pedimos los primeros asientos del 2 piso veníamos con niños y el señor conductor muuuy amable dijo que los niños no podían pero haré una excepción. Los asientos super limpios y cómodos. Mas comodos que un sofá!!! Ibamos de Pereira a Bogotá y el señor conductor manejaba perfecto. Las pantallas funcionaban perfecto. Me sentí muy seguro. El baño estaba limpio. Llegamos antes de lo esperado a Bogotá decia 5:00 pero llegamos a las 4 buen tráfico. Al final el señor muy amable nos deseo buen día. Cojimos las maletas y nos fuimos. Expreso Boliviariano es una empresa de los 50 y tiene buen servicio y calidad aparte de amabilidad se los recomiendo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐10/10
