My usual route is the 555, very great and modern and electric with chargers available and plenty of spaces to sit at since there are not that many people on all the time. You can get great discounts if you are U-16 or apart of team Heathrow etc. one thing that’s bad is the timings and the delays. In the mornings everything is fine but in the afternoons it’s often a disaster with buses rarely showing every 30 mins and there is like 3 buses going inbound and only one going outbound.
I love the White Bus app with the handy tracker but do not underestimate it because I have been late once while using the app because it failed to update in time but that was my fault.
Sometimes the “Valid to” section on tickets are further than the one I am getting off at so I’m not sure if that’s being overcharged but I’m not so I guess that’s fine apart from that time I had to pay £2.50 instead of my usual £1.40 with the U-16 discount which I find it weird but it’s fine.

When me and my friends tried to enter the bus, the driver (001580) stopped us. He told one of my friends that he had to leave the bus, when he did nothing wrong. He made us wait in the cold whilst everybody else got on, and then when we finally got inside, he gave us an awful attitude. I was paying for me and another friend’s ticket, and he asked for our ages. We told him (as he asked), and he mumbled under his breath about how he doesn’t care and can’t be bothered, printing out the ticket and demanding that we sit down. The entire journey was unpleasant, he wouldn’t stop yelling at the customers the entire time. Very rude service, sort out your attitude.
