I recently traveled from Puno to Lima with Transzela, with a transfer in Arequipa. Unfortunately, our bus was delayed for about 2.5 hours at the Santa Lucía checkpoint, and because of that, I missed my connecting bus to Lima.
However, I want to thank the Transzela team in Arequipa for trying their best to help me despite the situation. They were understanding and assisted me right away. Since the next bus to Lima was only available the following afternoon — and I had to be at Lima airport by then — they kindly refunded my ticket without any problem.
Even though the delay was beyond their control, I really appreciated their professionalism and customer service.

This is the worst company. I booked a bus from Atacama to La Paz, but the bus didn't come and I had to change all my plans. As a result, I had to pay about $120 for hotel and other transportation in addition to the $35 bus fare. Even though I submitted GPS log data to Ticket Bolivia that showed I arrived at the bus stop before the scheduled time and was waiting for the bus, they did not respond at all, including refunding me. This is the worst company that does not consider the inconvenience of its users at all.
