I'm not writing this review because the bus was almost 15mins late departing, on a Sunday when they only run evey hour! I'm not complaining about the female driver not stopping at my stop, Or for being dropped at the next stop! Or for being questionedif I'd even rang the bell.
I felt the need to write this review for the driver of bus #63138, because after explaining that I suffer from severe heart disease the driver remained indifferent with no emotion or apology.
Left feeling upset and suffering severe angina symptoms on the way home. If I had suffered injury due to this I would've spoken to my solicitor to pursue legal action. Horrible experience, if the driver has good hearing then they need to pay attention to when passengers need to get off! Not difficult and neither is giving an apology when you have failed to do your job correctly.
I was just curtly told to take the bus number and nothing else. Quite possibly the worst customer experience I've ever experienced in my 54 years on the planet. I see why Stagecoach score so low on TrustPilot if this is the best their employees can offer!
