24.06.2024 I bought 5 return tickets Istanbul - Varna for 20.08.2024 / return 09.09.2024. My bank account was charged (10240TL + 2560TL). Today is 28.06.2024 but tickets have not been emailed. There is no indication that seats are reserved on the bus. Contacting the company over the chat window multiple times - no response. Contacted over WhatsApp support - no response. Can not file a claim as Turkish passport ID is a mandatory field to file a claim (I am not Turkish). I can not contact HelpDesk line on their 0850 number as I am outside of Turkey. Metro Turizm behave like scammers.

Tried to book tickets online, my account was debited but the booking failed (received no email, ref number, etc).

Charged But Received NO Tickets
Tried to book tickets online, my account was debited but the booking failed (received no email, ref number, etc).
They don't reply to emails, whatsapp support or webform. They can't expect me to call the Turkish helpdesk from the UK even if I did they prob don't speak English.
Had to get Debit Card company to raise a Chargeback that will take a few weeks. All I wanted was some coach tickets or a refund not a headache.
