Dezastru total! Nu recomand această companie sub nicio formă! Prețul mic reflectă perfect calitatea serviciilor.
Experiența a fost una extrem de neplăcută, de la început până la sfârșit. Comunicarea este practic inexistentă. Nimeni nu oferă explicații, nu anunță opririle și nu știe ce se întâmplă.
Am avut opriri inexplicabile în mijlocul pustietății, iar pe traseu au fost luați pasageri direct de pe marginea drumului, lucru care mi s-a părut complet lipsit de profesionalism. La ieșirea din Istanbul am fost ținuți pe loc aproximativ 40 de minute pe autostradă, sub pretextul că se așteaptă schimbarea șoferului.
Dacă îi ceri șoferului să oprească la o benzinărie pentru o nevoie urgentă, pur și simplu te ignoră sau refuză.
Punctul culminant a fost la vamă, unde am stat aproximativ 4 ore în Bulgaria. Din ceea ce ni s-a comunicat la fața locului, întârzierea a fost cauzată de probleme legate de țigări peste limita permisă și de marfă transportată din Turcia aflată în autocar. Pentru pasageri a fost o experiență frustrantă și o pierdere uriașă de timp.
Una dintre cele mai proaste experiențe de transport pe care le-am avut. Lipsă totală de organizare, lipsă de respect față de pasageri și un nivel de profesionalism foarte scăzut. Nu voi mai călători niciodată cu această companie și nu o recomand nimănui.

My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish\. Communication was practically non\-existent\. No one provided any information, announced stops, or explained what was happening\.
We made several unexplained stops in the middle of nowhere, and passengers were picked up directly from the roadside, which I found completely unprofessional\. After leaving Istanbul, we were left waiting for around 40 minutes on the motorway because, according to the staff, they were waiting for another driver to take over\.
