A 20 minute dinner break at middnight was not enough or good timing. I just asked the lady to turn down the AC as its freezing and I'm already covered head to toe her answer was no, she has to deal with this every day and me only one day so deal with it. After paying good money for a "VIP" bus this rude service from her was unprofessional and customers should not be made to sit on a cold bus for 10 hours. This is her job and where she chose to work so the fact she deals with it every day is not the customers problem. I've only been on your bus for 5 hours and I've now got a cold even though I came prepared with layers, but this is silliness!
