Booked our bus tickets from Sofia to Burgas with this company and needed to make an unexpected change to our departure time. I didn't have much hope in this after experiencing MULTIPLE bus companies saying no to any changes or requesting excess amounts to cancel/change which varied from site to person on the phone; (My computer also had a glitch and changed the dates on one booking - called up seconds later to explain but they weren't able to do anything). However, I'm happy to report I had a brilliant experience with a lovely woman in the office in Sofia who kindly made the 14 hour change and even was sorry she couldn't put us in the previously booked seats as they were full. I did not even expect to get on the bus let alone have sympathy we'd have to sit somewhere else. All in all great experience! If the bus has no wifi, doesn't stop or doesn't have charging points (all of which I'm not sure about yet) I would quite happily forgive everything for the absolute stress free customer service I have already received. Thank you to the black-short haired woman in Sofia!
