The service is so bad that during industrial action they provided a better that usual service. How is that so?? Also, please stop saying you offer refunds, it’s pretty much impossible to get any type ... The service is so bad that during industrial action they provided a better that usual service. How is that so?? Also, please stop saying you offer refunds, it’s pretty much impossible to get any type of compensation for late and delayed trains. If they did they would have to run their service for free.
