DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
We agreed a contract price with Greentransfert for a return journey from Grenoble to Les Arcs through a Transfer website and as specified in their requirements we paid the driver with cash for the outward journey.
We had planned to do the same for the return journey.
However, on the day before our return they advised of a mistake in their dispatch pricing and demanded an increased payment online for our return journey.
At that late stage we had no option but to accept their 20% increase on our contracted price and other transfer company quotes would therefore have been cheaper.
We had not changed any of our details and the mistake was theirs and as such our contract should have stood as priced .
We cannot fault their vehicle, driver or our journey but their pricing and management team cannot be trusted.
We also offered them the chance to respond prior to this adverse review but have not bothered to reply.
BEWARE!!
