Really poor experience. We understand that the delays we are experienced were largely outside the control of the bus operator, but the attitude of the driver made things much worse. Despite having a luggage allowance pre-paid through Omio (so the printed evidence of that), he insisted on charging us extra for our luggage). When so explained the situation, he said “that’s not my problem; it’s your problem”. Sure, some stuff gets lost in translation but that was just plain rude. We’d also observe that it’s a pretty sharp practice for him to have taken €60 off four passengers simply for allowing them to get off the bus at the airport, and which he was passing anyway - essentially a charge for opening the door of the bus. Running a good service is not simply about trying to exploit tourists for every euro you can.

The drivers were really not friendly. The bus smelled horribly of cigarettes, as the driver went in and out with a lit cigarette when the bus was stopped. No directions were given at the border contro ...
The drivers were really not friendly. The bus smelled horribly of cigarettes, as the driver went in and out with a lit cigarette when the bus was stopped. No directions were given at the border control stops. For a six hour drive there was no working toilet. The light was ripped out of the ceiling and didn't work, no toilet paper or napkins were available, no lock on the door. There were no outlets or usb plugs to charge anything. I've been on these buses before and they've been fine. This one on particular was horrendous.

Paperless tickets would be much better. We didn't have a printer and had to pay the buss driver to accept our digital ticket.
It would be good if you could explain that travellers are required to buy ...
Paperless tickets would be much better. We didn't have a printer and had to pay the buss driver to accept our digital ticket.
It would be good if you could explain that travellers are required to buy paper QR codes from the ticket office on arrival, and then proceed through the barrier to the boarding area.
The bus was very punctual and we enjoyed the journey.
