Our bus did not arrive. In fact there was no bus at all leaving Porto from Gipsyy at all. Despite this fact gipsyy still sold these bus tickets without informing the customers beforehand about the can ... Our bus did not arrive. In fact there was no bus at all leaving Porto from Gipsyy at all. Despite this fact gipsyy still sold these bus tickets without informing the customers beforehand about the cancelation of their busses. We also did not get a refund. This is a impudent company!

Our bus driver from porto to Lisbon was extremely friendly and accommodating!! The bus was very clean and the driver was efficient. I recommend this for any traveller, experienced or not! 10/10
