I will contact you in connection with one of your drivers. Today around 20:10, as always, they took the bus to work, but today I was not allowed access to the board because I was with my scooter, which I specify was stopped and closed. Plus the scooter isn't big enough to cause problems or anything. Until today I used to go with this bus every time and I had no problem! Such a thing is inadmissible and very unprofessional! I understand that we all have a hard day but that does not give you the right to speak to me in a very ugly way and to treat me just because I am from another nation. No driver told me I was not allowed on the scooter! Because of your driver, I was late for work and lost money on the taxi because it was the only bus to my job. I think more training is needed for your employees!
