The driver on the number 20 western to brean on August 4th at 3.30 was the most unhelpful, rude, miserable driver I have ever had the misfortune to be on board with. I was struggling how to scan my return ticket and rather than him do it for me he kept pointing to what I had to do so I said to him 'Maybe you should do it for me cos I don't know what to do'. I finally found how to scan ticket and sat down, I noticed then any body who was getting off at their stops they were saying thank you to him and he ignored them all so when I got off I too said thank you to which he didn't respond, just kept looking ahead, so I raised my voice to a louder THANK YOU.. Again no response. It spoiled my day especially as it was the 2yr anniversary of my mother dying and she loved brean so I'm here to feel closer to her for comfort and that rude man driving the bus spoilt any kind of peace I tried to feel. He shouldn't be working with the public with that attitude .

I am absolutely appalled with their shoddy service. We have just been waiting at Brean in the pouring rain for 1hour 15mins and 2 buses never arrived at the allotted time. We have just been waiting at Brean in the pouring rain for 1hour 15mins and 2 buses never arrived at the allotted time. When the bus did eventually arrive, virtually empty, it drove past us (this includes 3 small children who were drenched). The bus driver certainly saw us but chose to ignore us. I feel that they are run by profit hungry greedy execs, who choose to cancel services if not profitable. I will never use their service again and will ban any of my employees from using them too.
