First of all the Shuttle delivered me to the wrong end of town. I had to walk across town with all my luggage. When I emailed them to find out how this had happened. They told me a road was closed, a ... First of all the Shuttle delivered me to the wrong end of town. I had to walk across town with all my luggage. When I emailed them to find out how this had happened. They told me a road was closed, and the shuttle couldn't get me to my hotel. This is not true, the road wasn't closed, and even then, it does not justify me being dropped to the other end of Correlejo. They reassured me I would be collected on the 23rd of December. After waiting for an hour, I was starting to panic I would mis my flight. So I got a taxi and paid €59.55. When I enquired as to why I was not collected, they told me they had accidently cancelled my collection. They offered to reimburse my taxi, but this has never happened. I have chased it on multiple occasions. This is a grossly negligent and disorganised company. Do not use them!
