DON’T BOOK!
We had booked for transfer to Santa Cruz from the airport, went to the desk and was given a ticket with bus stop 61, waited 10 minutes and someone came and said we had to go to another stop and the bus was just leaving, we did.
Bus went to Puerto del la Cruz and was dropping every 10 mins, we were supposed to be in Santa Cruz for 9.30pm we asked the driver when we would be in Santa Cruz, he angrily responded he wasn’t going to Santa Cruz, nobody had told him and we were not on his list, this was now 11.30pm, had to get off and find a taxi, cost us another 70 euros, company will not reply to email or phone, avoid at all cost!

Booked a transfer from airport to our hotel the Dunas club corralejo, we waited over an hour on the coach, when it eventually set off we were dropped off at the Bristol playa hotel which is 800m from our hotel and told by a very rude driver to walk the rest, we put a complaint in straight away, as of today, 5 weeks later Canaryshuttle have not responded

First of all the Shuttle delivered me to the wrong end of town. I had to walk across town with all my luggage.

First of all the Shuttle delivered me to the wrong end of town. I had to walk across town with all my luggage.
When I emailed them to find out how this had happened. They told me a road was closed, and the shuttle couldn't get me to my hotel. This is not true, the road wasn't closed, and even then, it does not justify me being dropped to the other end of Correlejo.
They reassured me I would be collected on the 23rd of December.
After waiting for an hour, I was starting to panic I would mis my flight. So I got a taxi and paid €59.55.
When I enquired as to why I was not collected, they told me they had accidently cancelled my collection.
They offered to reimburse my taxi, but this has never happened. I have chased it on multiple occasions.
This is a grossly negligent and disorganised company. Do not use them!
