Bus driver was very nasty and rude. Picked an argument with 3 customers in a row. How he still has a job is beyond me. Sad to think these are the sort of people welcoming travellers into the UK.

Unnecessarily rigid driver forced us to pay for the ticket in full AGAIN even though we had already paid student fare due to a genuine oversight. Instead of charging £5 difference he made us pay £15 ... Unnecessarily rigid driver forced us to pay for the ticket in full AGAIN even though we had already paid student fare due to a genuine oversight. Instead of charging £5 difference he made us pay £15 again. The student card was 1 week out of date even though my daughter has not yet graduated, and obviously we booked the journey in advance when it was still in date. This was a genuine technical oversight as she is still a student until graduationin July. Why make us pay the full fare on top of what we had already paid? That was totally unfair. The driver was grumpy, bad tempered and had a very hostile attitude. Seemed intent on challenging. Unnecessary. Terrible customer service. I will pursue and request a refund.
