I have just waited an hour in the baking sun for a bus that is supposed to come every 12 minutes. The 101 service is shocking! 4 buses just didn't show up. When I ring to find out some information the ... I have just waited an hour in the baking sun for a bus that is supposed to come every 12 minutes. The 101 service is shocking! 4 buses just didn't show up. When I ring to find out some information they put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up on me. When I ring back they told me the next bus was due to arrive soon. The next bus came but was not in service and didn't stop! Disgusting how long I had to wait! **Update** I finally got to where I needed to catch the 132 bus and that was also a 45-60 minute wait! What a joke of a service! If I could give it zero stars I would! Disgusting how unreliable this service is.
