When I went to Andorra, at the destination, when I got off the bus, I found my backpack thrown on the floor. Also, the internet had a very bad connection overall for both jurneys; in Andorra, it didn’t work at all. Additionally, in Barcelona or Andorra, there is no specific and clear information about where exactly to wait for the bus. It is indicated on the ticket, but when you arrive, you feel lost because you don’t know where to wait. In Andorra, I was waiting for 10 minutes in front of the office because they were talking to each other in the other room, without caring too much for the customers. There was a lady with glasses smoking to the side, and she saw us waiting at the desk, but when she entered inside, she went to talk with other colleagues. When one of the customers waiting in line in front of the office knocked on the window, a gentleman came over, chewing gum, looking very bored, and seemed disturbed by our knocking and asking for assistance. Overall, all the employees had a very bad attitude, not smiling or being friendly at all.
