We asked the driver to inform us when we arrived at our destination, Morzine Gare Routier (The bus station). We did not know where to get off. All of a sudden, we were through Morzine, and headed back ... We asked the driver to inform us when we arrived at our destination, Morzine Gare Routier (The bus station). We did not know where to get off. All of a sudden, we were through Morzine, and headed back to Avoriaz (our departing place). I know this because this was signposted. I shouted up the bus to the driver, 'where is the bus station please'. He said we had passed it. I reminded him that we had asked him to let us know when to get off. He replied, 'You are not the only passengers on the bus' (There were only about 8 people on the bus anyway). I immediately pressed the STOP button. He stopped. As we were gathering our suitcases, and ski bag, we approached the open middle door, and as we were about to step off, the door closed, and the bus set off. We shouted, (and I swore) He stopped, lets us off. We then had to walk back down the mountain dragging our luggage, asking a local resident for directions.

Abysmal. Driver failed to turn up leaving us stranded. Driver even tried to lie about being early and no one there. Customer complain service have refused to look in to it. Avoid at all cost.
