Luggage handler was impatient, rude, wouldn't let me put down the handle on my case, then broke it doing it himself. With mobility issues dealing with a broken case once disembarking I was in agony, trip ruined. They didn't care when I complained said they reviewed cctv implying I lied. Using this company all round now just feels unsafe. Staff arn't held accountable, anything could happen! Lost a long time customer.

On 09/12/2023 the driver of the the 025 coach from London Victoria to Brighton refused me entry to the coach, as my ticket was, according to him, not valid. In fact, it was perfectly valid which has since been confirmed by the coach company. But he refused to even discuss what his issue was, even though I presented him with both a printed and digital copy. I haven't encountered anyone as rude and dismissive as him in a public facing role. I am a female and it was late at night and I felt extremely vulnerable. As a result I had to spend £100 getting a taxi to my destination, which I really can't afford. It was really upsetting incident.

I came to bus stop at 6:00pm and I was waiting for bus and the bus is just beside me and they stopped the bus for a almost 10 minutes I knocked the bus the drivers were in bus they least bothered to respond I asked them I need to get in I have a ticket to Newcastle I told them but they didn’t ever bothered and they left with out picking me in bus. I am a very frequent traveller with national express I never ever had this bad experience before with drivers They are such a bad behaviour persons I have ever met in my life. That rudeness is not at all acceptable to customers I would love if national express team takes action on them Date 11/08/2023 at 6:15 pm at Golders Green to Newcastle bus drivers.

Terrible customer service, I booked a ticket to learn after paying there was a weight restriction on luggage and also you had to pay extra fees for an additional piece of luggage. It’s taken a week to get a response as I requested to cancel my ticket immediately, I’m informed I’m not able to receive a refund. I’m now having to raise a complaint and possibly take further action which is a complete waste of my time for a £33 ticket.

Always late. This is the second time I’ve been waiting more than 30 mins for the coach. So annoying!!!
