To my amazement driver never tender any apology for being late. They also lied no Internet on their bus, finally they have no charging point. I have entered them several times hardly can u find working charging pot.

I bought a ticket from Huddersfield to Manchester airport for 5 Oct 2023 departing at 2 30am. After 70 minutes waiting at 3 40am I had to use a taxi to go the airport (65 pounds) TERRIFIC Experience with Megabus. I tried to call customer offices but all was closed. No online tracking of the bus. It was impossible to understand if the bus was arriving and how late it was. I asked for refund and this was also denied because the bus was less than 120 min late

Took a bus from Glasgow to London. Air-conditioner was on but did nothing which made the entire trip very uncomfortable. The Wi-fi which was advertised was not fast enough for use. The Wi-fi which was advertised was not fast enough for use. The bus arrived in London 1-hour later than planned. When I arrived in London my luggage was missing. Talking to lost property and complaints has been no help in finding the lost luggage or getting any support. I am continually told to email someone else who will then pass me onto a different email address. Very frustrating and unhelpful.

If I could give this a zero star I would. Booked a ride from Newcastle to Edinburgh for 4:20 am. Bus did not show until 730 ish. A lot of people left which is good cause by the time they got at the bus station there wouldn’t have been enough seats!!! HORRIBLE!!! I do not recommend this bus. So unreliable. I hope those people that left got their refund. Can not believe the treatment of their customers.

This is worst transport ever, from newcastle to London, the bus didnt come @1:50pm and the staff said the bus was coming @3PM then they said is 4pm ,we were waiting no where to sit and we sat at the ... This is worst transport ever, from newcastle to London, the bus didnt come @1:50pm and the staff said the bus was coming @3PM then they said is 4pm ,we were waiting no where to sit and we sat at the front of the library looking out for the bus , another bus came theu said it wasnt this one and the bus was empty they insisted the bus was coming at 4pm still sitting and waiting just for us to come and checked we were told another bus came not megabus took people and left. Imagine with two kids ,one of them is autistic ,i was left frustrated and crying. This is my first and it will be my last to get on this bus again. No bus came still

Terrible. Don't use this 'service'. Find another way to get to your destination. This company is trash, avoid at all cost

Had really bad experience with megabus on a return trip from Leicester to Newcastle. The coach was late on both journeys. The coach took 1 hour more than expected on return. I would recommend Megabus to please improve their service

Over the last two months, I have had multiple experiences where coaches were delayed without any proper communication or assistance. Additionally, the lack of a clear returns policy has resulted in me losing five tickets, which has been both financially and emotionally taxing. Mega Bus UK's unclear returns policy has been a major source of frustration and financial loss. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to cancel five tickets over the past two months. However, attempting to claim refunds or reschedule proved to be an exhausting process. The customer service representatives were unhelpful and provided conflicting information about the eligibility for refunds. As a result, I ended up losing the full value of the tickets, despite my genuine reasons for cancellation.

The bus from Leeds to Hull was 10 minutes late and the return bus was an hour late. I tried Megabus hoping for a reliable alternative to the trains but am very disappointed

Absolutely rude staff members . Not willing to help . Screaming and me . And telling me that i should watch my attitude when i was asking How to download app . Never again
